**The Opportunity**

As a key leader in the Amplar Health Operations team, this transformational role certainly has some impact - ultimately leading our analytical insights to become a leading data driven healthcare company.

Leveraging our deep data sets you will lead a highly diverse team to create unique insights into operational performance (alongside our executives and leaders), creating value for our exceptional referrers and funders and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. This will extend to uplifting the insights capability of our leaders as well as developing metrics and a roadmap to address any data technology advancements that will be required.

**About You**

Using your se**nior level analytics and insights experience**, this role suits a leader with significant operational knowledge within the healthcare sector. You will need to have a track record in leading change programs, involving significant process change.
