We are specialised in engineering and fabrication of structural steel and framing in a wide arrange of industrial sectors, including modular building, commercial construction, infrastructure, energy, and site service.

Currently, we are experiencing rapid growth which leads to the requirement for a passionate Administration to join our team based in Carole Park, QLD.

Reporting to the management Team, your requirements and responsibilities will include:

- Managing company’s bank account, reconciliations, AP/AR, and Direct Debits.
- Record and check the timesheet for each team member and process weekly salary payments
- Assisting Manager in recruitment activities such as preparing job descriptions, advertising roles and conducting interviews. Organising the onboarding of new staff
- Monitor and process petty cash for the company
- Prepare job folders, invoicing, and follow up job schedule and archive paid invoices, shipping documents and other documents
- Reception such as directing telephone calls, issuing standard forms, and initial greeting visitors.
- Setting up the meeting room and taking meeting minutes.
- Maintain office and pantry supplies level.
- Arrange appointments and make bookings such as travel and accommodations.
- Assist with other internal departments and perform other reasonable administrative tasks.
- Purchase Materials and place orders as directed.

**Salary**: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
