**Description**:
Are you a payroll guru in the food manufacturing space? Our People and Culture team is seeking an experienced payroll administrator with a background in interpreting modern awards to join our growing business

This exciting part time role will play a critical part in supporting the processes and programs related to award interpretation and payroll compliance for the purpose of continuous improvement across all areas of the People and Culture department.

About the Role

Support all compliance and administration activities related to payroll
Champion business time keeping systems
Management continuous improvement of payroll systems
Provide payroll back up and support for Payroll Coordinator
Collate and analyse data as required
Manage annual payroll audit compliance
Ability to Work from home after initial training period
Support and promote the Sunny Queen Mission, Vision and Values

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
An intermediate level of understanding and experience of interpreting modern awards (Experience with Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award 2020 & Storage Services and Wholesale Awards 2020 essential)
Accuracy and attention to detail
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
A highly organised self-starter
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
The desire to work with a great team in a great business
Desirable but not essential - Diploma of payroll services or Payroll administration certificate
