**About your new role**

This is a 12-month contract within the Safety and Wellbeing team. You will be supporting the wider team to implement safety initiatives, current and new projects, assisting in conducting incident investigations, risk assessments and site audits. You will also be delivering training programs to our teams where required.

You may also:

- Engage with managers & their teams to identify hazards and follow up with controls through consultation with key stakeholders.
- Regularly monitor hazard reports.
- Assist with compliance activities such as chemical management, contract management and legislative requirements.

There is plenty more for you to do and no one day will be the same. This role will be a mix of office, site visits & WFH.

**What will you need to have**
- A keen interest in learning about safety and wellbeing
- An ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Second to none communication skills both oral and written
- NSW Driver’s license
