We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Safety & Wellbeing Manager with a proven track record of leading in diverse work environments.

In this key hands-on role, you will lead a dedicated team to manage safety and wellbeing across 50 homes, 5-day programs, 16 SLES and DES locations, and 3 warehouses where our supported employees handle pick-and-pack operations for major business clients. Your expertise in navigating these varied settings will be essential for success.

You will form part of a wider Safety and Wellbeing team across NSW and VIC whilst working closely with leaders mainly in NSW, as well as the Property and Risk teams, to ensure seamless safety support across all services. Your leadership will keep safety and wellbeing front and center, creating a secure and supportive environment at every step.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the Head of Safety & Wellbeing to shape and deliver our Safety & Wellbeing strategy in line with legislative requirements
- Work closely with the Injury Manager in NSW to ensure effective processes are in place to minimise the impact of injuries on both employees and the organisation
- Provide WHS leadership, fostering a strong safety culture with a focus on injury prevention and risk management.
- Support and guide Scope leaders in understanding WHS responsibilities and driving improvements.
- Monitor WHS activities and key performance indicators, ensuring a proactive approach to safety across the organisation.
- Coach and mentor the Safety & Wellbeing business partners to build capacity and drive accountability.
