We have an opportunity for a **Reliability Officer** to champion our preventative maintenance programs and ensure our mechanical equipment performs at its best—every single day.

**About the Role**

This position plays a vital role in maintaining and improving the reliability of our manufacturing equipment. You’ll ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule, critical spare parts are available, and our team is trained and supported to maintain equipment at optimum performance.

You’ll work closely with our Production and Team Leaders, QA, our Warehouse & Distribution Manager, Contractors, and the Site Planner to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency across the board.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and deliver our Preventative Maintenance (PM) plan
- Support and train production team members in equipment reliability
- Conduct and oversee breakdown and preventative maintenance
- Maintain critical spare parts and ensure equipment meets Food Safety and HACCP standards
- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture across site
- Ensure accurate logging of maintenance activities in our ERP system
- Support contractor management and financial governance processes
- Contribute to team goals, planning, and continuous improvement

**What You'll Need**

**Qualifications**:

- Trade qualification (e.g., Fitter, Machinist, Cert III in Mechanical Engineering)
- Cert IV in Engineering - desirable

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in manufacturing, especially food manufacturing, preferred
- Familiarity with automated packaging lines and PM software
- Contractor coordination experience a plus
- Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain one

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
