Full Job Description

We're seeking a reliable and hands-on Leading Hand or Site Foreman to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a $10milproject in Kingsgrove. This is a great opportunity to join a respected head contractor with a steady pipeline of high-quality builds.

The Role This role will see you leading site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met — with a focus on structural and service coordination. You'll work closely with the PM and senior site team to ensure smooth delivery from ground up.

What We're Looking For

  • Carpentry trade background – essential
  • Experience as a Leading Hand or Site Foreman
  • Proven ability to oversee trades, coordinate schedules, and maintain quality on site
  • Strong eye for detail and passion for delivering great product
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring workflow runs to program
  • Coordinating trades and subcontractors, including structural and HPAC contractors
  • Ensuring WHS compliance and quality control on site
  • Problem-solving and reporting back to the PM team
  • Supporting material deliveries and site logistics

What You'll Need

  • Solid experience as a Leading Hand or Site Foreman on residential or mixed-use builds
  • Carpentry or trade background highly regarded
  • Ability to manage trades confidently and keep a tight program
  • coordination experience preferred but not essential
  • Construction software use or the ability to use
  • Strong communication, time management, and a can-do attitude
