With strong growth opportunities in our industry, we are seeking a driven, enthusiastic and high-energy individual with a proven track record in face to face sales to join our growing team. We are offering a strong base package with budgetary sales performance bonuses. The role will also include a mobile data device, motor vehicle allowance / company car.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, Prospect, Develop & Maintain client relationships;
- Meet & Exceed sales goals & Targets and Sales KPI’s;
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with all clients;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

To be considered for the role you will have/ demonstrate:

- Previous professional interaction within the hospitality sales industry (not necessary however knowledge of the local market and industry trends will be seen as an advantage);
- Ability to work autonomously with a free thinking approach to sales and the ability to problem solve for B-2-B clients;
- Be comfortable to approach new clients with no prior introduction;
- Look for industries or venues outside of the normal realm of our day-to-day customers to broaden our reach throughout our industry and others;
- Great Communication Skills: You will be representing our company and sales team during your conversations with target businesses. A love for conversing with people as well as ease when talking on the phone is vital;
- Be able to work in a collaborative environment with other sales staff and share prior experience and knowledge to aid in growing sales as a team;
- Ability to keep to deadlines and provide thorough and consistent service under pressure;
- Strong Organisational & Time management skills;
- Sound Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software;

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
