- Strong communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage customers with warmth and expertise, understanding their unique audio preferences and requirements.
- Showcase the Bang & Olufsen & Sonos product range with confidence, demonstrating their superior sound quality and design aesthetics.
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations to customers, ensuring they find the perfect audio solutions for their needs.
- Proactively build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to deliver informed sales pitches and exceptional customer service.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store displays are attractive, clean, and inviting.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the audio or luxury retail industry.
- A genuine passion for audio technology and a strong understanding of its intricacies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Self-motivated, driven, and proactive in staying updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as required.
