**Osborne Park Mazda **currently have an exciting opportunity for a proven Sales Consultant to join our Vehicle sales team in
**Osborne Park.** We are in the enviable position of having plenty of stock and encourage you to look at our website to see the quality and quantity of cars we have for sale.

Reporting to the Sales Manager this role is primarily responsible for guiding clients through the buying process with high quality service, whilst making them feel like family member and not a customer.

**In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to**:

- Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
- Know and understand the sales process, including the value of each step.

**About you**:
If you are a professional sales consultant who is confident with their customer service skills and is looking for a challenge, then we want you

Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded however, individuals that are passionate sales people or who have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply.

You will ideally possess:

- Car Sales experience (highly regarded
- not essential)
- Must be motivated and driven
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets and perform in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have a valid Motor Vehicle Sales Licence (highly regarded
- not essential)
