Looking for a rewarding career in a Global FMCG business? We have a unique opportunity available for a Regional Sales Manager to join our leadership team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Operations you will take the reins for leading and developing our newly formed Convenience team.

You will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of Territory Managers to achieve State sales targets whilst working collaboratively with State Account Managers, National Sales Managers and National Account Team within **the Petrol & Convenience and Independent Grocery functions**.

Other **key responsibilities** include:

- Effectively and consistently manage and coach field team to develop sales capability & deliver KPIs
- Ensure NPD is effectively executed in field
- Ensure understanding of financial drivers and ownership of over and above deals that may impact the channel result
- Coaching the field team on developing relationships internally to enable them to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Support the negotiation, implementation, and management of agreements within the Independent Retailers
- Championing the ALB Values and consistently represents ALB professionally

You’re an ambitious leader who is passionate about people management and the coaching and development of a high performing team. You will take a collaborative approach in bringing the channels together and take ownership of the Convenience function

- Solid sales experience in field management
- Strong business & commercial acumen with a proven ability to effectively manage the challenges of sales volume, margin and market share growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade, while continuing to maintain solid relationships.
- A focus and passion for health and safety, with the ability to drive safety culture.
