Sales are a key part of our growth and we are looking for a highly motivated individual We value and reward our sales professionals. This is a role where we offer independence and autonomy, coupled with achievable targets and a high level of inclusive and positive support.

You will gain exposure into multiple channels - Independent Food, Electrical Wholesale/Retail, Independent Hardware and Auto

**Accountabilities**:

- Maintain an existing customer base whilst developing new business growth
- Achieve sales KPI’s and meet quarterly targets
- Develop new business opportunities to increase sales
- Create and maintain customer pricing and margins
- Identify, develop, and manage new areas of growth
- Work co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales team environment
- Maintaining regular call cycles - Regional and Metro areas

**Specific Accountabilities**:

- Proven sales experience in managing customer accounts and growing business
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad customer base
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
- Aptitude for working with computers, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related disciplines
- Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Be driven by the desire to hit and exceed targets and make the most of every opportunity
- Demonstrated tracked record of field sales experience within the FMCG (preferably in Grocery)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, and a passion and desire for results

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Highly motivated and achievement-driven, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Able to work autonomously but also as a part of a larger team.

**Working Relationships & Environment**:

- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this position is responsible for the growth of sales to new and existing customer’s bases within Victoria and the development of long-term business relationships.

**Work Environment**
- Maintaining regular call cycles - Regional and Metro areas - Regional Trips Required and some Interstate Travel
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
