**About us**

We recently acquired the distribution of Jagermeister and Teremana and are now seeking a Brand Manager, responsible for these brands.

**About the role**

The Brand Manager will develop and execute sound marketing plans, keeping the brands fresh and relevant to the target market.

Duties will include but limited to:

- Being the link between the regional team and the local partner.
- Taking brand ownership nationally and provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies.
- Being the guardian of brand positioning and develop/sign off all local brand assets in conjunction with the Jägermeister Area Manager to ensure they meet brand BVI and positioning standard.
- Implicitly understanding consumers, get to know where they are and how to connect with them.
- Developing KPI’s for all brand activities and measure success versus defined goals.
- Managing the A&P budget and ensure that all resources are optimized. This includes the activity split and regional allocation.

This role will report to the NAPAC Area Director located in Hong Kong.

There is also a dotted line communication/reporting to the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales (Spirits Platform positions) located in Head Office, Botany.

In the not too distant future, there will be Brand Ambassadors reporting to this role.

**About you**

We are looking for someone who is:

- An opinion leader with an outgoing personality and good ability to network
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Disciplined, details oriented and result driven

Being connected to what is happening, identifies and recommends local events and activities
- High sense of creativity and energy
- Previous sales experience in the spirit, beverage or tobacco industry preferred

**Salary**: $140,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
