We are looking for someone who possesses a pro-active and “can do” attitude that will get on the front foot and support the Warehouse operations function of the business.

As Assistant Warehouse Manager, duties include but are not limited to:

- Using Netsuite, reports and google sheets to assist with ordering and inventory management processes
- Assisting with run scheduling
- Picking and packing of orders
- Counting in and receiving stock
- General warehouse duties
- Deliveries to retail stores driving van or light truck
- Unloading /loading trucks and stock movement with the forklift

You'll be keen to work in a small, highly motivated and friendly team. The role involves a lot of lifting (not heavy, but frequent) so you must be physically fit and strong.

Excellent written and verbal literacy required with attention to detail for accurate picking of stock and communication with team members. We are ideally looking for someone who is able to continue to assist with process improvement projects that are currently underway by being able to understand and effectively use computer reports and programs such as google sheets and Netsuite.

To be considered for this role, you will:

- Have proven experience in a similar role
- Be computer savvy
- Have a good understanding of inventory management processes
- Have attention to detail
- Be energetic
- Communicate effectively with the whole team
- Act with integrity and honesty in the best interest of the company and customers at all times
- Be available for work Monday to Friday between 7am-3.30
- Hold a current Forklift Licence (valid in Australia/NSW)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
