The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Event Manager to take ownership of large-scale events, managing every stage of the event lifecycle — from planning to execution and post-event reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee logistics, compliance, client engagement, financials, and on-site operations, ensuring each event is delivered to the highest standard

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end event delivery, including planning, logistics, operations, and reporting
  • Oversee procurement and supplier management to meet deadlines
  • Develop alcohol management plans and manage liquor licensing applications.
  • Lead on-site operations including bump-in/out and WHS compliance.
  • Manage event financials, budgets, and P&L reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and casual event staff.

About You

You are a proactive and organised professional who thrives in high-pressure environments and has a track record of delivering complex events.

You will bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Senior Event Manager (or similar).
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and casual staff.
  • Extensive knowledge of liquor licensing, compliance, and WHS requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship skills.
  • Formal qualifications in Event Management (highly regarded).
