We are seeking a creative and results-driven Meta & TikTok Paid Ads Specialist to elevate our digital advertising efforts and help drive brand growth.

**Role Overview**: We are looking for a dynamic Meta & TikTok Paid Ads Specialist with at least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, who can develop creative ad briefs, manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and explore new opportunities on emerging platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, data-driven strategies, and has a passion for digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok.
- Develop creative ad briefs, collaborating with the design team to ensure visuals align with brand aesthetics and campaign goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, focusing on KPIs, ROAS, and overall effectiveness.
- Explore and test new ad formats and strategies on TikTok to expand our digital reach and engage new audiences.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media advertising.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience managing Meta and TikTok paid ads with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to work autonomously, taking full ownership of ad campaigns from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies independently.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and ad copy that resonates with audiences.
- Fashion industry experience required.
