The Opportunity

Maison Balzac has an exciting opportunity for a Content Manager to join our team 5 days per week. Responsible for managing the design and execution of digital content from initial concept through to delivery across social media, ecommerce, and digital platforms. Adding creative flair whilst remaining true to the brand's identity and tone of voice. Graphic design experience is essential, along with photographic skills.

The Role

● Assist with developing a social media strategy from concept through to execution

● Work closely with the Founder/Creative Director on creative direction of content

● Creation of social media content both in-house and management of external agencies

● Design social media graphics, EDMs, campaigns and web assets

● Use in house studio equipment to produce shoots

● Creation of monthly social plans coinciding with the Marketing Calendar

● Write engaging, on brand copy tailored to each social platform

● Manage scheduling of content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest)

● Community management and social reporting

● Work with our Digital Operations Manager on creation of Ad assets

● Production of email concepts, working with email scheduling software for AU and ROW audiences

● Work with the Sales team on creation of sales catalogues and brand decks

● Work with PR & Marketing, & Wholesale team to create lookbooks and press assets

● Edit and retouch imagery, reworking existing content where required

● Ensure that brand integrity and consistency remain consistent across all platforms

Experience

● Minimum 5 years' experience in a Graphic Design/Content Production role

● InDesign and Photoshop essential

● Graphic design & Photography skills essential

● Klaviyo experience preferred

● You have managed social media pages before (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest)

● Experience creating short form video content

● Ability to draft clever short form social media copy
