The Recruitment Partner is focused on finding sustainable employment outcomes for participants within the Disability Employment Services (DES) program by actively identifying opportunities with local employers through business development and securing placements.
CoAct is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering everyday Australians through essential employment services and community activation programs. Our team shares a common passion for making a positive impact and giving back to society.
**Description**:
What Awaits You...
The Recruitment Partner works toward sales targets and Key Performance Indicators, within the standards of Disability Employment, and continuously seeks to further customer and employer acquisition through exceptional customer service.
**Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Build customer pipeline through community engagement and networking
- Identify new employment opportunities and understand local labor market
- Develop relationships with customers for placement assessment and career support
- Conduct customer appointments, identify barriers, and devise management plans
- Meet performance indicators by converting leads into placements
- Provide post-placement care to employers and customers

- Proficient in computer literacy, database management, and excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional ability to develop and maintain employer relationships
