**About the Position**
We are looking to welcome an **Administration Intake and Program Support Officer** to deliver high quality administration and customer service support to the Act for Kids South Brisbane Family Domestic and Sexual Violence Therapy Services.
- Part Time 0.8FTE opportunity.
- **Level 3** under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $76,377 - $81,792 (pro-rata) plus super.
- Government funded until 30 June 2026 with possible extension.
- Key responsibilities of the role include:_
- Respond to and process referrals and referral enquiries in a timely, sensitive, and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate client information management systems.
- Identify support needs of families and whether they meet the target criteria of the program.
**About You**
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing administration and intake support in a similar service.
- Strong administrative skills with accuracy, attention to detail, and data and record keeping skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong focus on attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
**Other Requirements**
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
