Our Group Safety Team is embarking on a transformation on how we manage and engage our Contractor safety requirements. The purpose of this role is to support the implementation and then the ongoing BAU requirements for the Contractor Safety Risk Management tool Technology Solution, You will be the internal initial escalation point for clarifications and approvals while proactively supporting Contractors undertaking the process of pre-qualification and submitting ongoing compliance requirements.
**What you’ll do:
- Provide escalated support, problem identification and resolution expertise to meet Avetta service level agreements
- Provide proactive operational support to Contractors with a specialist understanding of key business rules.
- Coordination of the internal assessment & documentation of licence and insurance requirements.
- Identification and escalation of emerging risks and change management support needs Prepare contractor safety reports as required
**What you’ll bring
- A strong track record in interpretation and problem resolution of compliance requirements with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A thorough understanding of health and safety risk management as it applies to contractors.
- Experience working in a Delivery capacity (Project Coordinator or similar).
- Experience working in an a role onboarding workers (employees or contractors) or a risk / compliance environment
- Experience in using tools to develop data analytics generating performance insights. Exposure to compliance and/or health and safety change management projects.
