We have an exciting opportunity for an **Enterprise & Fleet Sales Manager - Shell Card**.** This leadership position within Shell Card will be responsible for managing a team of Enterprise & Fleet - Key Account Managers nationally, fostering growth of the portfolio and development of the team to deliver amazing results.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading, coaching and fostering the development of the Enterprise & Fleet Key Account Managers
- Growth of the Enterprise & Fleet portfolio C3 & volume
- Setting and delivering clear strategy for the Enterprise & Fleet portfolio
- Working with KAMs to development and execute customer strategic account plans, fostering partnerships
- Developing and maintaining exceptional customer relationships
- Robust marketing execution (in collab with Marketing Manager & Shell Card Marketing)
- Navigating internal and external stakeholders to deliver key outcomes
- This role will require capability in tender development, contracts and pricing.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5-8 years sales experience
- Extensive account management, strategy, pricing, contract and tendering experience. Experience in marketing roles will be advantageous.
- Be able to demonstrate a high degree of commerciality and transferable skills developed through relevant roles.
