**What's on offer?**:
As the Office, Fleet and Facilities Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of our Victorian offices by managing our office services, building maintenance, car parking and company fleet cars.
You can expect to plan, implement and manage cost effective and quality facility services as well as partner with the business in refurbishment projects. On a day-to-day basis you will coordinate and maintain event calendars, accommodation requests, grocery and stationary orders.
This is a parental leave contract anticipated to run for 12 months.

You will be self motivated and able to operate with a high level of autonomy. You will use your initiative, sound judgement, and leadership in this role.
You will also have:

- The ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- A proven ability in managing an office including facilities and fleet
- A continuous improvement and growth mindset
- Excellent Microsoft Office competency
- A positive attitude to effectively influence positive outcomes
