This is the perfect opportunity to work with a privately owned family business that is committed to growth and looking for a full-time technical services officer.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our external sales team and support them with the management of existing accounts, while also prospecting for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular contact and relationship building activities.
- Work collaboratively with external sales representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and pricing structures.
- Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and build relationships with potential customers.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an internal sales role, preferably within the CCTV or Technology based industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Minto, NSW 2566: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
