**The Position**

Reporting to the Claims Officer, this clerical role will see you operating Redox’s internal problem reporting system to investigate and resolve issues which arise during the day to day running of the business. If you are inquisitive and like to get to the root cause of an issue this is the right role for you. Daily responsibilities include:

- Investigating problems and recording outcomes using internal software
- Directing and guiding staff actions and responses in order to resolve problems
- Highlighting potentially large claims and working to minimise losses by corresponding with Staff, Suppliers, Customers & Insurers
- Updating and maintaining system records
- Processing stock returns, managing quarantined stock and disposal where required
- Acting within procedural guidelines to ensure that problems are resolved and that related files are closed in the shortest possible timeframe
- Managing digital data records associated with problem files.

**About You**
- A critical thinker with advanced problem-solving ability
- You appreciate the importance of process and procedure
- Prior experience within an office support role or Insurance Industry/Claims (desirable)
- Ability to communicate with staff at various levels and divisions of the business
- Have fast and accurate data entry skills
- A high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Flexibility and the ability to think on your feet
- Live within an easy commute to Minto, South-West Sydney. (desirable)
