Reporting to the Head of Operations, as the **Yard Operations Manager**, you are responsible in ensuring the smooth running of the yard by managing and leading the team to meet the demands of the yard, all customer request are met and within a timely manner and maintaining a safe and clean yard at all times.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- To ensure efficient execution of all yard related activities such as picking, loading, returns, service and maintenance, quality management, inspections, stock counting and so on.
- To run of daily toolbox meetings to ensure all targets are met that day and alll staff have a clear understanding of their task.
- To coordinate inbound and outbound container shipments with the logistics department.
- To execute accurate cost forecasts and investment plans based on business development and payback calculations.
- To oversee that inventory quality is in line with international Doka quality standards and ensure accurate quality control.
- To foster motivation, inspiration, team spirit, and positive attitude amongst the team which delivers high performance and ‘can do’ spirit in the team.

Required (Education and Technical)
- Formal qualifications in leadership, business, operations or construction would be ideal.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role such as yard, inventory or warehouse management.
- Prior experience in leading a successful team.
- Experience within the construction industry, ideally knowledge of formwork materials
- Holder of a valid driver's license, forklift license would be ideal or willing to obtain license.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
