**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Accounts Receivable Officer with Prestige Inhome Care, you will play an important role in the overall financial performance of the organisation. An average day working in this role may include:

- Invoicing support, billing and receipting of funds
- Effective collection of outstanding accounts
- Responding to client queries
- Client account reconciliations and related account support
- Process improvement activities to improve efficiencies in the account receivable function

**ABOUT YOU**

This role requires a good understanding of the billing function to ensure accuracy with adjustments, strong attention to detail, reconciliation skills and intermediate ability with Excel (including Pivot Tables, look ups and SUMIF function - training will be provided. To be successful in this role, you will need to be results driven and demonstrate your ability to reduce outstanding debts through your strong communication skills and customer service orientation, specifically with phone-based contact with clients.
