**ACCOUNTS PAYABLE EXECUTIVE**:

We have a great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Executive to join the Finance team

The focus of the Accounts Payable Executive role is to process invoices and credit notes received from suppliers of goods and services to the Australian and New Zealand businesses, organize and process payments to our suppliers and ensuring accurate and reliable accounting records and documents.

**Role responsibilities**Reconcile statements and pay suppliers in accordance with the agreed payment terms
-Maintain accurate supplier records within the accounting system to ensure accuracy and integrity
-Improve Accounts Payable systems and processes to maximize efficiency and deliver the best possible outcomes
-Manage relationships with suppliers
-Manage record keeping to ensure documents are filed and easily locatable as required for both internal and auditing purposes
-Assist with process improvements and system implementation initiatives

**YOUR TALENT**:

- Bachelor degree
- A minimum of 2 years in an Accounts Payable role
- Microsoft Office suite knowledge - Intermediate Excel skills
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
