**The Company**
An exciting 3 month full time temp to perm opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to work with a global, FMCG market leader based in the South East of Melbourne. The company is experiencing unprecedented double-digit growth due to recent acquisitions and an expanding product portfolio.

**The Role**
Joining a very close-knit Accounts Payable team of 7 and reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, your primary duties will comprise of:

- AP processing
- Processing payments
- High volume invoicing/receipting
- Navigating/investigating price variances
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Answering account queries
- Matching/batching/coding invoices
- Processing purchase Orders
- Love working in a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role for a large, global organisation preferred.
- High volume processing experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines.
- Lateral thinking skills - ability to problem solve.
- Strong work ethic - desire to go above and beyond the call of duty.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and a large ERP System (SAP or JD Edwards ideal but not essential)
