The search is on Our great clients require an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant who is able to handle the collecting and maintaining the of their A/R for 25 hours a week.

**_The Company_**

Our clients are specialists in Local Area Marketing and their job is to convert people to customers. They have created one of Australia’s largest out of home media networks right in the heart of the community at the local supermarket. Their unique community notice board displays are sited in over 700 stores nationally and provide digital and print options to over 5 million shoppers weekly.

This part-time role is located in Moorrabbin and they are looking forward to welcoming a positive individual who is able to bring new energy and passion to the position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data entry of accounts receivable transactions
- Deal with customer telephone queries on accounts
- Prepare and send out monthly customer statements
- Follow up debts via overdue letters/telephone and organize debt collections/recovery
- Liaison with the Collections Agency in terms of their collections and queries.
- Manage their database in terms of pausing invoices/ product issues/ Debtor pausing/ Credits to
clients and liaise with the Admin Team in all respects.
- Ensure all Debtor correspondence is electronically filed.
- Ensure all queries are acknowledged and duly resolved, using their internal Ticket system.

This position offers variety, ownership and responsibility for someone who is looking to be valued and appreciated for their contribution. They will work together within a warm and cohesive team.

You will be trained in the current process and systems and will also be supported by their existing team to ensure you get consistent and scalable results. Xero experience would be advatageous,
