**Your new company**

You will be working for a company which is on the forefront of activities designed to save water and reduce energy consumption for industrial customers. Their heavy industry experts have successfully implemented a range of environmental solutions for mining, metals, oil and gas, and other industrial clients. They deliver effective, transparent planning and implementation, to help you extract and process resources such as coal, copper and gold, zinc, coal seam gas (CSG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) on time, on budget and without incident. This company is looking to hire a Bid Manager, who helps to facilitate growth for the Industrial and Energy line of business across current and new markets.

**Your new role**

Your new roles as a Bid Manager you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and submitting tenders in line with companies’ policies and procedures, manage internal resources and oversee approval process though pre contract stage. You will be assessing tender opportunities from a commercial perspective
- ensuring scope, schedule, price, etc. are considered. You will be facilitating the connection between the estimate, commercial and the solution, ensuring that where risk mitigation include operational controls, these are incorporated into the solution and submitted documents. You will be able to create post submission presentations.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have a Tertiary Education
- 5+ years’ experience in Bid Management and/or Tendering
- You’ll have a technical aptitude, or background working in the heavy industries
- Proficient using MS Office, and PowerPoint, demonstrated ability to prepare presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to prepare written reports
- Current Driver’s License
