Looking for Systems Analysts for a multi-year project - Contract Opportunities
**Your new company**
Hays Technology in Brisbane are currently working with a large financial service organisation, being the most recognised financial service brands, looking after Australia and New Zealand’s insurance, banking, and wealth products as well as other services.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will working on the investigation and analysis of system access requirements, AD groups and access entitlements. You’ll be defining technical requirements for changes to support the separation of systems - processes and data and prepare related specifications, solution documents and run playback sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the technical analysis and program initiatives for a functional domain
- Play a key role in the development of functional documentation, facilitating the management of changes, support of testing initiatives, and the resolution of problems as they emerge.
- Lead the articulation of business needs and the facilitation of business and system solutions.
- Lead the compilation and/or validation of system requirements and process documentation to ensure feasibility and traceability of requirements.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 5+ years’ experience previously as a Business/System Analyst role (mandatory)
- Previous experience in financial services (Desirable)
- Experience in leading system analysis work activities, including coordination of SME’s and
- stakeholders (preferred)
- Track record of working in a fast-paced collaborative cross-functional environment (preferred)
- Ability to run analysis sessions, workshops and agile ceremonies
