**About the role**

**Responsibilities**

This is a new engagement aimed at recruiting a C++ Analyst Programmer to carry out the following tasks:

- Perform analysis, design, programming, and implementation activities while generating technical documentation.
- Oversee operational tasks such as processing annual data, including checking, processing, distributing, and publishing the data.
- Establish communication channels with stakeholders to evaluate and enhance support for the software products.
- Engage with stakeholders to explore ways of utilizing existing data, such as images, to achieve improved outcomes for the client.

**Skills and experience**
- The C++ Analyst Programmer should have a proven track record of providing strategic and technical guidance in the field of linear and spatial information systems, specifically with digital video, to ensure effective utilization of resources and optimal decision-making.
- The C++ Analyst Programmer should possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate strong oral and written communication abilities, including the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders and service providers to ensure that stakeholders' requirements are fully understood and met.
- The C++ Analyst Programmer should have a demonstrated ability to project manage software development processes, ensuring successful delivery and release of software using Microsoft Visual C++, COM/ActiveX, and DirectX for the presentation of digital video content.
- The C++ Analyst Programmer should have a solid development experience in VB.NET, with the ability to create and modify complex MS Excel Macros, enabling efficient data processing and analysis within the software products.
- The C++ Analyst Programmer should have a strong commitment to continuous improvement, staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to digital video and software development, ensuring the ability to provide cutting-edge solutions and maintain a high standard of work.
