**About the Role**

The Finance Systems Analyst role sits within Group Finance and is responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of the finance systems.

Reporting to the Senior Systems Analyst, key responsibilities for this role include:

- Working closely with both with internal stakeholders and Vendors, monitor and resolve all finance system, reporting and integration related support tickets within service-level agreements to closure.
- Setup new user accounts and deactivating users on termination
- Provide coaching and training for users of Dynamics GP, reporting tools and SmartConnect integrations across various teams
- Roll out new systems, upgrades and patches
- User acceptance and system integration testing of patches and upgrades

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in systems, accounting, finance, business administration or related field is preferable
- Strong Accounting background and understanding of business processes and workflows
- 5+ Years of experience in supporting and maintaining finance systems and integrations
- Knowledge of Dynamics GP2018 (is highly desirabble) including
- System and Company setup
- GP Security
- GP Report Writer
- Word Templates
- SmartConnect
- Ability to write and debug advanced SQL queries and Visual Basic
- Advanced Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict timeframes
- Project and change management experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a customer service ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
