**Learning Systems Analyst**

**About the role**

Due to an internal promotion, we have a full time permanent opportunity for a Learning Systems Analyst to join the Corporate Learning & Development team. The role can be based out of our Brisbane or North Sydney office.

The primary objective of this role is to maintain and develop UGL's Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning solutions. You will allocate UGL-wide e-learning activities & competency profiles, manage and upskill our on-site LMS super-users and solve end user issues. You will be responsible for advising our 8,000+ workers of their e-learning responsibilities and you will conduct regular assurance checks on data integrity such as training records, user permissions and competency profiles.

**The opportunity**

With an increasing appetite for reporting, a significant feature of this role will see you developing and analysing reports and dashboards requiring migration of data from different sources. Future projects may include interfaces with other competency management systems such as MyPass or RIW.

As part of the broader Corporate People & Culture team there will be opportunities to support other learning and development initiatives.

**Key responsibilities**
- You will be the primary contact for the UGL-wide Learning Management System interacting with end users, site admin, content developers, regulatory bodies and the LMS Vendor
- Administration of UGL’s LMS, including scoping system changes, acting as the initial point of escalation and ensuring user access and learning activities are managed and controlled
- Develop dashboards and reporting enabling business leaders to make data driven decisions on learning

**About you**
- Experience in a similar LMS, HRIS, HSEQ management system administration role within a large corporate environment
- Passion for data migration/reporting/dashboards
- High attention to detail
