About the role
Reporting to the National Operations Support (NOS) Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of facility operations and support management. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will play a vital role towards maintaining continuity of service delivery for these 24x7 secure environments. You will provide high quality administrative support to a broad range of facility stakeholders across both the Justice and Immigration networks, answering volume telephone requests, and processing data, accounts and invoices.
About you
You are an enthusiastic and positive customer focused individual with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a courteous and congenial approach to resolving conflict. You thrive on working in a fast-paced environment within a high performing team and enjoy learning new skills and systems. You are pragmatic and flexible and show great initiative in your work. You are a respectful and professional person who demonstrates exceptional moral values in everything you do.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**: The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour Year 12 certificate or equivalent relevant experience Experience using Government Data Systems (Portals) or Corporate CRM’s Sound experience in a customer service, or administrative position Experience working in a call/contact centre or working in high volume phone calls High level computer skills Excellent functional knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite Full working rights in Australia
