**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a National Operations Support (NOS) Officer to join our team in Canberra. Reporting to the NOS Team leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the facility operations and support management. Operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment you will play a vital role towards maintaining continuity of service delivery for these 24/7 secure environments.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Review documents and case files for accuracy
- Liaise with national colleagues to collate data
- Process time critical data
- Prioritise and manage scheduled activities

- This role will suit someone with the willingness to work rostered hours and an ability to manage their own time to meet deadlines
- You will have the ability to manage high load of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment within a high performing team and enjoy learning new skills and systems
- You are a customer focused individual with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- You have the highest level of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
