**Retail Customer Service & Freight Coordinator**

**Location**: In-store & Warehouse - Wetherill Park
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
**Reports To**: Store Manager

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Retail Customer Service & Freight Coordinator** to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional service across both retail and freight coordination activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operations**
- Arrange and perform pick-ups and deliveries with drivers.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and consign all packages.
- Professionally package consignments to ensure safe delivery and minimise warranty claims.
- Complete administrative tasks efficiently to support store operations.
- Track and trace consignments, providing delivery confirmations.
- Maintain store equipment and build positive relationships with suppliers and delivery partners.
- Embrace and promote PACK & SEND’s **“No Limits”** culture.

**Sales**
- Assist the Store Manager with sales activities following PACK & SEND’s Operations Manual.
- Handle over-the-counter, phone, and online sales professionally.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide creative shipping and logistics solutions.

**Training**
- Complete PACK & SEND’s e-Learning modules and approved webinars to build product and service knowledge.

**Compliance & Safety**
- Follow PACK & SEND’s **Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S)** policies.
- Uphold the **Code of Conduct** and represent the PACK & SEND brand with professionalism and integrity.

**About You**

**Qualifications**
- Completion of Secondary School or Certificate IV in Retail/Business (or equivalent).

**Experience**
- Minimum **3 years’ experience** in a retail environment with proven customer service success.

**Skills**
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.

**Attributes**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-presented, punctual, and reliable.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Organised, adaptable, and eager to learn.
