We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person to join our friendly team as a Practice Manager, Optical Dispenser. Enjoy a role with direct customer contact and flexible working hours with every second weekend off.

**Description**:
Key Accountability Areas & Related Responsibilities

Be able to use your experience and knowledge to communicate clearly with patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
Provide superior fashion advice to help patients choose frames that not only meet their needs/desires, but also look great
Provide leadership to all support team so as to motivate them and create a positive, supportive atmosphere
Coordinate team members to ensure the completion of all tasks necessary to the smooth running of the practice

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or Leadership/Management experience in Optical/Retail is preferred
Willingness to work in a team with a positive can-do attitude
Great communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to lead, coach and engage a team to achieve goals.
