We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Project Administrator to become a key member of our dynamic team at DYJ GROUP PTY LTD. This role will involve offering crucial administrative support to facilitate the seamless execution of projects. Responsibilities include managing accounts, coordinating project timelines, handling documentation, and providing overall assistance to project teams and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
Project Coordination
- Support project managers in planning, implementing, and completing projects.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate project meetings and provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders.
- Support project managers in preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Track and process project-related invoices, expenses, and purchase orders.
- Ensure all financial records are kept up to date and assist with financial reporting for projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to coordinate project activities.
- Address client inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide timely status reports and updates to clients and stakeholders.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in roles such as Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar administrative positions.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting processes.
- Capable of working effectively within a team environment while managing competing priorities.
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
