**More about what you’ll do**

Based in our Lidcombe office and reporting to the Solutions Support Manager, you will be the dynamic go-to person supporting our business development team in the area of furniture projects, with the aim to deliver the best customer experience in office furniture in Australia.

With potential growth into leadership, the role will see you fulfilling the following duties:

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes as required
- End to end project coordination/management with all internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with key project stakeholders to complete each project according to its unique set of requirements and clearly communicate expectation with customers and suppliers.
- Resolve any issues and solve problems relating to the all project in solutions and furniture space
- Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the Solution Support Manager

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:

- Previous experience or exposure in a sales support and/or project coordinator role
- A 'can-do' attitude with strong willingness to learn
- High attention to detail and well-organised
- A high level of competency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
