**Your new role**:
Are you an experienced administrative professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving efficiency and excellence? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Administration Coordinator at Manitou Australia Pty Ltd.
As the Senior MAU Administration Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for all administrative tasks within Manitou Australia Pty Ltd. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and optimal productivity. Your main duties will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Technical Training Support: Provide seamless administrative support to our Sales Team and Technical Training sessions, enhancing the experience for both our team and clients.
2. Empowering Technical Support: Assist the Technical Support Team with scanning, printing tasks, and general administration, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional solutions to our customers.
3. HR Partnership: Support the HR Manager in facilitating smooth onboarding, orientations, and integration into our dynamic work culture for new employees.
4. Training Support: Coordinate and schedule employee training programs, monitor progress, and drive employee development and team's growth.
5. Engagement: Support the HR team to implement engagement survey action plans and maintain business continuity plans to ensure employee satisfaction.
6. Financial Excellence: Drive our financial success by submitting monthly SOFR reports for FLKA & Direct customer machines with meticulous attention to detail.
7. Record-Keeping: Update administrative information within our dealer network to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
8. Warranty: Handle warranty credit note processing with precision, ensuring exceptional service for our valued customers.
9. Innovation: Identify opportunities for administrative process improvements and collaborate with departments to drive efficiency and productivity.
10. Dynamic Projects: Embrace challenges and excel in ad hoc administrative tasks and exciting project work, contributing to innovation and success.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Tertiary qualifications preferred, with experience in a senior administration role and exposure to Project Management methodologies.
- Administration experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and organisational skills.
- Proven record of preparing accurate and detailed documentation.
- Substantial stakeholder management and project scope experience.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proactive, positive, and sensitive to confidential matters.
- Strong command of English language and ability to lead projects independently.t
