Admin/Draftsperson – Residential Construction

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Admin/Draftsperson to support our design and project delivery team. This is a varied role with exposure to drafting, project administration, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and editing drawings in Revit
• Managing CDC and DA applications
• Organising and documenting client selections
• Coordinating with suppliers, certifiers, and consultants
• Maintaining project files and workflow templates
• Providing general office administration support

About You:

• Knowledge of Revit
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in residential drafting or construction administration preferred but not essential
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
