**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**Main responsibilities**
- **Spot opportunities -**Working alongside the Director, Marketing, to identify market gaps through deep insights into retailer and competitor activity.
- **Shape the brand roadmap -** Partner with the Product and wider Branding team to define the line plan architecture.
- **Own the budget -** Drive annual budget planning for brand portfolio, ensure monthly costs tracking and reporting is completed and identify cost efficiencies can be gained.
- **Crunch the numbers -** Analyse target pricing, margins, and seasonal forecasts to inform brand PNL discussions
- **Bring campaigns to life -** Deliver killer seasonal concepts, model review decks, sales summit presentation and sizzles reels.
- **Keep everyone in the loop -** Provide regular updates on product development, brand plans, assets, and strategies.
- **Stay ahead of the game -**Ensure all internal planning tools, including our Launch Calendar, are always up to date.
- **Lead with impact -** manage end to end marketing assets, oversee advertising and content briefs and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Drive trade strategy -** Work closely with US, DTR and EXPORT markets to develop strong retail campaigns, including point of purchase material.
**ABOUT YOU**
- 3+ years' experience in marketing in a similar role.
- Must hold tertiary qualifications in a related field e.g., Bachelor of Marketing.
- Experience or knowledge of the toy industry and consumer marketing to children would be highly regarded.
- Experience in consumer insights, product and packaging development would be highly regarded.
- Able to adapt to new technology quickly and is adept with digital and social platforms and campaign management.
- Experienced in building brand profiles, campaigns and audience segmentation.
- Exposure to working with consumer product retailers and able to create leading trade campaigns.
- Confident reading and analysing data to extract key trends / learnings and communicate.
- Enjoys working in a fast paced and agile environment.
