Chandler Macleod is the leading provider of temporary contractors to the Federal, NSW and local Government and has partnered with these Departments and Agencies for more than 25 years.

Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting for an experienced Mission Support Officer to join a leading Federal Government agency. This is an immediate start with a contract term of 12 months.
Key Accountabilities:
**In this position you will be expected to**:

- Determine ground handling requirements specific to the aircraft type and relevant to the nature of the task, and work with agencies to provision these requirements.
- Source, book and confirm ground handling support for Missions through ADF, Foreign Military, Australian Missions, Domestic and International Agencies.
- Monitor the performance of various ground handling agencies that provide support to ensure task requirements are fully met.
- Source, book, and confirm flight crew accommodation in accordance with AMG directives, Standing Instructions and ADF Pay and Conditions Manual.
- Source, book and confirm flight crew road transport.
- Monitor accommodation and transport expenditure and take measures to reduce excessive costs.
- Generate and publish a confirmation sheet detailing and confirming all support requested for each task.
- Maintain constant monitoring and coordination of tasks in progress and amend and update flight crew of changes as they happen.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with all sections within AMCC including all Defence and Civilian Agencies that provide support to AMG.
