**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:
- In this fast-paced role, you will provide face-to-face and remote support to users across multiple Health Services sites across VIC and NSW. Working within a small team, you will manage and resolve all IT issues reported within our Health Services business unit. You will participate and contribute to all relevant IT projects, identifying recurring technical issues and proposing solutions to address the cause of the issues and providing onsite level 2 desktop support for all computer and mobile devices.
- Full-Time, ongoing position with salary packaging
- Solid hands-on experience in level 2 desktop support
- Asset and stock management
- Ticket management
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Relevant certificate or experience in IT technical and desktop support.
- Healthcare industry experience is desirable
- High standard of verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
