**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- The Systems Support Officer is responsible for providing functional support to end users of Mercy Health Home Care Services’ Client Management system (Carelink+). This role sits within the Homecare Business System team and is highly business and functional support focused. Responsibilities include responding to and resolving systems queries, participating in testing, training, and database maintenance.
- Collaborative and supportive team environment

- Full time, ongoing position, flexible working from home or at Mercy Health’s Support Services office located in Richmond, with the potential to work from our Support Services office located in Hughesdale.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous experience with Carelink+ or relevant Home Care Client Management software is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, prioritise and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Previous experience in business systems support and maintenance role or maybe you’re a current Carelink+ end user expert and would like to take the next step?
- Previous testing and system training experience highly regarded
- Crystal reports/SQL or BI experience highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology are desirable.
