
HR Services Systems Support Officer

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**: Reporting to the Group HR Services Manager this is an exciting hands-on role combining ongoing operational activities with project based work. This role is a great opportunity to join our HR team and further your career in HR learning systems and reporting.
- Full-time permanent position based at Richmond Support Services office, supporting a hybrid work model
- Supporting scheduled HR learning management system processes and ad hoc requests, including compilation and analysis of data
- Provision of HR system support and maintenance
- Support the wider learning teams in the management and updating of courses as required and supporting system users
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of the role based learning ladder business rules
- Support HR Services Administration team
- Involvement and support across various HR and technology related projects, including undertaking configuration, user acceptance testing, key user training and rollout activities
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Experience in learning management and or HR systems is highly desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in providing system administration support
- Understanding of HR and learning processes with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
