**THE COMPANY**

Lotus People are excited to be working with this national and highly regarded digital health organisation, who provide critical and meaningful health services in Australia and lead from the front with their values. Based in their Sydney CBD office, we are recruiting 8 Customer Service Officers to valuably support with trialing new contact centre scripts over the phone from Monday to Wednesday for 2 weeks.

**THE ROLE**

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

You are a really strong communicator who is observant and able to report back on any issues and ideas for script improvement. You will have excellent active listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to fully commit to 2 weeks of work, working from Monday to Wednesday. This opportunity is perfect for any uni students with part-time availability or those looking for a rewarding short-term role.
