A very well-funded exploration & development company enjoying early-stage success on their Australian greenfields porphyry and Ni-PGE projects currently seeks to appoint a **General Manager - Exploration**.

This newly created technical leadership role will take ownership of the group's exploration strategy along with business development & project generation. Key accountabilities will include recruitment and leadership of the exploration team, planning & execution of field programs including geophysics, geochem and drilling programs, ensuring QAQC, structural interpretation, mentoring, consultant & contractor engagement, and more.

This role has a flexible Australian point-of-hire (Perth or Brisbane preferred), with ad hoc travel on a campaign basis. A lucrative remuneration package including attractive incentives is provided. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead on _very_ promising greenfields porphyry and Ni-PGE projects with a highly regarded Board and significant discovery upside potential and an ever-expanding project portfolio.

Ideally, you'll be a tertiary qualified geologist with an extensive and successful track record in senior exploration leadership appointments. Your distinguished career includes extensive greenfields base & precious metals experience (preferably encompassing porphyries and Ni-PGEs), with demonstrated technical nous and leadership skills.
