**Role Overview**:
In this pivotal post as Customer Success Manager, you won't just be filling a role - you'll be carving a path. This is a unique opportunity to shape our customer success strategy from the ground up. You'll work closely with our sales and onboarding teams, ensuring our customers have an exceptional journey from the point of sale to successful onboarding.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful sale and onboarding of customers.-
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement for their operations.-
- Manage renewals and explore Upsell and Cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.-
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.-
- Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback to our product and engineering teams to help drive product development.-
- And most importantly, create super fans out of each and everyone of our users, whether they are GM, VP or even a graduate geologist.**What you’ve got**:
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing role - If you’ve been a CSM at another tech startup that’s highly regarded.-
- All the usual stuff for being in a customer facing role, like problem solving, good bants and good writes.-
- A superior level of organisation so much so you will embarrass your hiring manager.-
- Passion for technology and tech startups, with experience in the SaaS industry being a huge plus.**Why Join CorePlan?**:
